Last night my friend Amy came over for a jewelry night and I cooked us an experiment. I have restless leg syndrome and apparently blackstrap molasses is good for this so I grabbed some to try, it tasted like black licorice/molasses. However we modified it GREATLY
6 Boneless Skinless chicken thighs
1/4 cup butter, divided
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup blackstrap molasses
teaspoon cup prepared mustard
1 teaspoon curry plant leaves fresh
With cooked rice to put this one after it was surprisingly AWESOME. It was a honey flavored chicken with extra and you didn’t feel a crappy aftertaste from loads of sugar! I would def make this again, but my next recipe will be:

3 cloves of fresh garlic
1 teaspoon curry powder
